My Other Job Interview As Clerk/Kerani Am

Hi...
We meet again, so the last post I write on my first interview. So this time I will also write my other Interview. The same job position interview. Because I already explain so much in my last post. This time I'm going to make it simple.

BTW, when I went to this interview I realize. Although the same job position interview but different company want different job duties as clerk. For example, the first company wants me to know how to calculate the salary but this one that I'm about to write. Want me to know how to write a formal letter. So without further ado let start it.

1. Make sure to check the company (History, background, and other information that has something to do with the company).
2. Prepare Important document ( Resume and all your important certification). Make sure you have a copy of this as some time. The interviewer like to keep your resume and other certification especially if you get a government interview.Also a stationary and a notebook.
3. Survey the location before the day you went to the interview.
4. Wear proper and formal cloth that were suitable for interview
5. Leaves earlier from home so you can arrive on time.

I think that all you need to do before going to the interview. So after I arrived at the company, this time I learn from my mistake. I survey the location and arrived a bit earlier.

This time they call two people at the same time. So, the interviewer explains about her company and what she wants her clerk to do. (Sometimes the things that you read they don't even ask, but my advise. You have to survey every company, who knows if they want to ask you about the company right..).

After that the interview started, like usual. The most famous and always ask question is:
IV: Boleh perkenalkan diri

Me Assalamualaikum.....nama, umur, anak ke berapa, tinggal kat mana, belajar kat mana, dan pengalaman kerja.

IV: Saya nak awak buat surat formal berkaitan pengurangan sewa untuk syarikat saya.
Dia bagi kertas dan pen kita kena guna pen sendiri. So, yang ni mujur aku tahu. Tulis-tulis, siap hantar kat dia sekali dangan salinan resume pastu blah...

That all, sometimes the interviewer did not ask too many questions because they were many people
that came right. I guess the interviewer is also tired.

So now i will tell you from my analysis why i think i did not get the job. First I over-excited, I graduated with a diploma that related to Agriculture. So, the only clerk experienced I have was when I was a practical student. As a practical student, I did not only sit in the office, have to help at the company shop and farm.

I over explain about my job experienced as practical students I think the interviewer thought I want to work with a job that has something to do with my course. She wants a permanent worker who will
not quit after a few month of working.

She even encourages me to open my own business related to Agriculture hahaha... From there I
thought '*Sigh*... tak dapat lagi la kerja ni'..

My advised don't over-excited to tell about your work experienced keep simple but you can elaborate on the job that has something to do with the job you requests.
